The information made available on Moldemaq’s digital channels is not intended for children and youth. It is a requirement of our selection processes for permanent positions of new employees that the candidates are older and fully capable. For our young apprentices program, our system can also receive CVs from teenagers, from 14 (fourteen) years old. Therefore, we do not capture or process, under any circumstances, personal data of children.

2. How do we collect your data?

In this sense, the collection of your personal data occurs as follows:

1) When a user fills in forms on the Moldemaq website: contact information filled in by the user is collected by the company to enable a company representative to get in touch with the visitor. This data may also be stored and retained;
2) Through a third party: the Moldemaq website receives data from third parties, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc., when a user logs in with his profile or advertising on any of these sites. The use of this data is previously authorized by the users with the third party in question.

The personal data of the user and visitor are stored by the platform during the period necessary for the provision of the service or the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this document, in accordance with the provisions of art. 15, I, of Law No. 13,709/18. Data can be removed or anonymized at the request of the user, except in cases where the law provides for another treatment. Also, the personal data of users can only be kept after the end of their treatment in the following hypotheses provided for in art. 16 of said law:

IV – exclusive use by the controller, access by a third party is prohibited, provided that the data is anonymised.

I – confirmation of the existence of treatment;

III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
IV – anonymization, blocking or elimination of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in violation of the provisions of this Law;
V – portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets;
VI – deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the holder;

10. Jurisdiction for Dispute Resolution

This policy will be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13,709/2018, regardless of the Laws of other states or countries. If any provision is considered illegal or illegitimate, the other valid conditions will remain applicable.
The jurisdiction of the Judicial District of Jaraguá do Sul, State of Santa Catarina is elected for the resolution of any litigation or controversy involving this document.
